Scouting has a long history of inclusivity and support for those scouts with Special Needs. At Connecticut Yankee Council we believe that all scouters, regardless of specialized needs or otherwise, are entitled to a quality scouting program. The Special Needs Scouting Committee seeks to support those scouters, their families and their adult leaders whenever possible. Please out to Committee Chair, Rachel Gargiulo, specialneeds@ctyankee.org with questions, concerns or to join the committee!
