This is the first course in the series of leadership training offered to Scouts and is a prerequisite for Scouts to participate in the National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT). Scouts should be a Patrol Leader or moving into the Patrol Leader position. If you have Scouts that have already taken this course,
A Scoutmaster or ASM should attend with their Scouts and are invited to be part of the training. This a Troop Level Training.
