The District Committee Meeting is a time for the District Committee to plan, discuss, and report on the district’s work. The District Chair presides over the meeting, which includes the District Commissioner, District Executive, Operating Committees: Membership, Development, Program (Activities, Training, & Advancement), and Unit Service.
